Delivery and returns
General Delivery info
Orders placed usually ship out the same day from our warehouse.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the INDIA, there is a limited range of delivery services available, and we cannot be responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible. But please note there may be a slight delay in processing orders and returns during weekends & holidays.
Customers are expected to sign for goods, but our delivery partners can also accommodate contactless delivery if preferred. Please be aware, however, that our service is not a named delivery service, and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order signed for in a building, for example, an office address provided for delivery.
If no one can sign for the delivery, the driver will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If no one is still available to sign for the package after five days without communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be with you.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders may be returned within 6 days of receipt if you need to exchange or unsatisfied. If you need to replace or exchange an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received.
Replacements
The customer is responsible to ship the product return to our warehouse(THE 499 STORE, dadu majra pind,sector-38 west chandigarh 160014). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.
Once a return has been received (within a specified time),the replacement processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete.
